We also accept Cash On Delivery only inside the valley.
4. Return Policy
We offer exchanges, refunds for any items that are eligible for return. For return only, please note that the delivery/courier charge will be deducted and you will get the remaining amount.
- We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed.
- All returns must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- We accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order.
- Any items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewelry, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Return process:
- Repack your items.
- You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Select your preferred return option (Returns at home or in-store options).
- Once you have processed your return on the website or call, you're ready to return the product! Make sure you keep proof of postage in case of a courier.
